Financing
- The City of Nanaimo zero-interest Home Energy Retrofit Financing intake (up to $15,000) closed October 31, 2026. The City says more financing programs are expected in 2027. Details
- Income-qualified BC Hydro and FortisBC customers can get free upgrades, such as heat pumps and insulation, through the Energy Conservation Assistance Program (ECAP). Details
